So have a look at my reading habits:
01. Do you snack while you read? If so, favorite reading snack?
Sometimes, but not often. When I am reading and eating then I use mostly magazines and newspapers.
02. Do you tend to mark your books as you read, or does the idea of writing in books horrify you?
It horrifies me. I linke my books in mint condition as far as possible!
03. How do you keep your place while reading a book? Bookmark? Dog-ears? Laying the book flat open?
With book-marks. If I have none, the book lies flat open.
04. Fiction, Non-fiction, or both?
Mostly fiction, but some non-fiction too.
05. Hard copy or audiobooks?
Hard copies, although I have some nice audiobooks too.
06. Are you a person who tends to read to the end of chapters, or are you able to put a book down at any point?
I tend to read to the end of the chapter, although it depends on the book. If it is to boring, then I put it down on any point.
07. If you come across an unfamiliar word, do you stop to look it up right away?
I made the experience, that unknown words often explain themselves from the context. If not, I go look it up.
08. What are you currently reading?
"Perfekte Schwestern" (Sharp North/Blown away) from Patrick Cave.
09. What is the last book you bought?
"Dragon Actually" from G. A. Aiken.
10. Are you the type of person that only reads one book at a time or can read more than one at a time?
Often I read two books at a time, one at home, and one I take with my when I use bus and train..
11. Do you like re-reading books?
It depends on the book. There are some I have read twice or more times - but they are very old now (The first six books of the "Dragonriders of Pern" or the first book of "Alanna - Lioness of Tortall" or the "Vanyel"-Books). Sometimes I read books again after years, to see of my taste has changed. But some I try not to read again, because I do not like to loose my good memories (like the "Mists of Avalon" I read with 18 the first time).
